223. Default in attending examination.

(1) If any person who has been directed by the Tribunal to attend for examination fails to attend at the time and place appointed for holding or processing with the same and no good cause is shown by him for such failure, or if before the day appointed for such examination, the Liquidator satisfies the Tribunal that such person has absconded or that there is reason to believe, that he is about to abscond with the view of avoiding the examination, the Tribunal may, if satisfied that notice of the date and hour fixed for the examination was duly served on such person, make such orders as may be deemed fit.
